Our Return Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our Accessories, Activewear, Hats, Pants, Shorts, Swimwear, and Tops with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear and hats may only be returned if the original packaging remains sealed and intact.

Simple Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 48 hours, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label (for defective/wrong items). For change of mind returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package the items with original tags attached and include the completed return form (included with your order). Affix the provided label and ship via the specified carrier.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method within:

  • Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchange items will ship once the return is received, with processing times matching our standard shipping policy.

Important Considerations

  • Return shipping for non-defective items is at the customer’s expense (original shipping fees non-refundable)
