All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium collections including Accessories, Activewear, Hats, Pants, Shorts, Swimwear, and Tops. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind returns

Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, swimwear and hats may only be returned if the original packaging remains sealed and intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Personalized or altered items
  • Swimwear or hats with opened packaging

Simple 4-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Order number and purchase date
  • Item details (name, size, color)
  • Reason for return (wrong size/defective/not as described/change of mind)
  • For exchanges: desired replacement details

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 48 hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for defective/wrong items only)
  • Return instructions

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package items with:

  • All original tags attached
  • Completed return form (included with your order)
  • Affix provided label (or your own for change of mind returns)

Step 4: Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
    • Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges will ship once return is received, with standard processing times

Important: For international returns, any customs duties are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees.
